The outpouring of support and gratitude that nurses have received from the Canadian public has been overwhelming. Organizations across Canada have reached out in many ways including offering discounts of products and services as a gesture of thanks to all front-line workers during COVID-19.
We have created a web page within our COVID-19 section dedicated to “Special discounts for Nurses,” for our members to access and will be promoting the offers through our social media channels.
CNA has teamed up with digital marketers Josephine Grant and Jae (Jisoo) Lee to create a resource section that consolidates over 150 discounts available nationally for health care and front-line workers. The entire list of discounts is over 350 from all across North America.
